EDEN - MarketPlace Vendor Form
By filling out and submitting this form, the Vendor agrees to:
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Eden has final decision on items to be sold and if considered appropriate. Vendor applications will be accepted on a "first come - first served" basis along with receipt of full payment and completed application. No exceptions. No used items will be allowed. No refunds at any time. Each vendor will be allowed to sell only the items listed on the original application.
- Vendor is responsible for all equipment necessary for booth display to include: tables, chairs, canopies, product signage, etc.
- Vendor agrees to relocate vehicles to designated areas after unloading, as instructed by event parking manager.
- Vendor agrees to set up by 10am and remain until 4pm. Vendor will forfeit future participation if display is taken down before 4pm
- Eden is not responsible for any returned checks or discrepancies between vendors and customers. There is a $30 fee for checks made to Eden that are returned for any reason.
- Vendor releases and holds harmless Eden Homeowners Association Board members and volunteers from any incident of any nature. Eden Homeowners Assoc. is not responsible for loss, damage or any personal injuries to booth, products, vendors or customers.
